Thanks for your reply.I have the demo version running and recording ok. The problem is in the files area. It makes a new file after every transmission +12sec. so i get lots of small files If i set it to continuous i have long files with large silent patches. Is there any way i can set it to append to the same file for one hour or set it to not record the silence when in continuous mode.

I am looking for some software to record all radio communications transmitted on a rt circuit. I would require seperate time/date stamped files for each hour of the day. This system is required to record 24/7 . Only requires voice quality but need some way of removing the silence between transmissions. During the nights there may be only 5min of audio per hour. What product should i be using? Regards Ian
