  2. Hello, As you can confirm the problem relies when the audio tracks are uploaded, it is usual that audio streaming services compress your audio tracks to a standard quality. Consult with your streaming service provider what is the best format and encoder settings you can use to export audio tracks so you can upload them in high quality.

  6. Express Scribe uses as audio output whatever Windows recognizes as such, being bluetooth headphones shouldn't interfere with the foot pedal.   10. The Fremata notation will always be on the opposite side of the stem of the notes. To change the stem orientation, right-click the note. select "Stem" and select up or down.
  11. Hello, Debut cannot be set up to just show the control bar during recording. You can use the Hot-Keys to record, pause and stop. Click the "Adjust video capture effects" button (letter "A") and check the box "Include Time Stamp".   12. Hello, Unfortunately, the Zoom animation time cannot be set lower than the clip duration so at the end of the zoom animation it stays there for a second.   16. It is possible to load a MIDI file into WavePad and change the instrument that plays. Load the MIDI track to MixPad, right click the MIDI track and select "Edit Clip with Midi Editor..." or press Control + E. Select the "Channels tab " at the top right and use the drop down menu of each channel to change the instrument.   17. To turn the Timestamp off, click the "Text Caption" button, it is a letter "A" at the bottom right, then uncheck the "Include Timestamp" box.
  18. It is possible that the dictation file you were sent is originally in mono (only one channel). There's no stereo/mono setting in Express Scribe as it will playback the audio files in its original format. You can try loading a MP3 song ibn stereo to Express Scribe to make sure it is playing both channels, make sure to also test your dictation and MP3 test file on Windows Media Player or other media player to confirm both channels work.
  19. The Text Tool will only place text as text, not as a notation. Crescendo doesn't have the "8va" notation. Please raise the note over the score to set it an octave higher for playback.

  24. It would be better if you just delete the credit note as it has already been refunded. You can also apply a negative amount payment to the user to cancel out the credit note.
