  1. You'll only receive a registration code when you purchase a license. If you saved your PhotoStage edition as a .SPJ project file you can reopen it and export it after purchasing a license at https://secure.nch.com.au/cgi-bin/register.exe?software=photostage

  4. Please be aware that muting a track doesn't enable or disable recording on it, only the playback. The first button with a circle is the track's recording control, the second button with an "M" is for muting a track during playback. Also, please make sure you're pressing the "Play" button at the bottom left instead of the main "Record" button If the program is not doing something it should, please enter a support ticket at http://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  5. Hello, Please notice that each individual track has a "Record" button, this button won't start or stop recording, it lets you know if the track is enabled to record when you click the main record button at the bottom left. In this case, record something in track one, then click its record button to disable recording on that track 1, and click the track 2 record button so when you click the main record button, the audio on track 1 only plays and track 2 records.
  6. Hello, As you can confirm at https://www.nch.com.au/twelvekeys/index.html the purpose of the program is " TwelveKeys is a music program designed to assist musicians as they transcribe music recordings. " This means that the program won't listen to music and tell you what the chords and notes are, you'll see white lines of what the program interprets so you can calculate whats being played so you can transcribe it to musical notation. 12. Hello, Please be aware that only an AltoEdge pedal works with the free version of Express Scribe, any other pedal requires that you have a license registered. To register your license, open the program, at the top left corner of the program, from the drop down menus, go to "File > Register Software...", enter your registration code (numbers-letters) and click "Register". To setup your foot pedal: 1- Connect the Pedal to an available USB port of the computer, do not use a USB hub as it might cause it not to receive enough power. 2- Open Express Scribe, go to Options > Control. 3- Check the "Enable foot pedal controller" box, then click on the button "Controller setup wizard...". 4- Click "Next", on the "Plug and Play" tab, the foot pedal should be listed, highlight it and click "Next", click "Next" again on the "Controller Properties". 5- On the "Controller Command Map Test", press the different pedals and confirm the word "Yes" under the "Pressed" column while it is being pressed. 6- Click on "Finish", click "OK". If you keep having issues, enter a support ticket at http://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
