" This means that the program won't listen to music and tell you what the chords and notes are, you'll see white lines of what the program interprets so you can calculate whats being played so you can transcribe it to musical notation.     Hello, -Where is the subtitle stream coming from? Is it a video next to the first video? -When you say " when subtitles are added" are you referring to load a .str file to a VLC video that Debut is not capturing?

    Hello, Try uninstalling the program, reinstalling from https://www.nchsoftware.com/voicechanger/vxlsetup.exe , restart the PC after installing to setup the audio drivers correctly and then register your license.     Hello, Please be aware that only an AltoEdge pedal works with the free version of Express Scribe, any other pedal requires that you have a license registered. To register your license, open the program, at the top left corner of the program, from the drop down menus, go to "File > Register Software...", enter your registration code (numbers-letters) and click "Register". To setup your foot pedal: 1- Connect the Pedal to an available USB port of the computer, do not use a USB hub as it might cause it not to receive enough power. 2- Open Express Scribe, go to Options > Control. 3- Check the "Enable foot pedal controller" box, then click on the button "Controller setup wizard...". 4- Click "Next", on the "Plug and Play" tab, the foot pedal should be listed, highlight it and click "Next", click "Next" again on the "Controller Properties". 5- On the "Controller Command Map Test", press the different pedals and confirm the word "Yes" under the "Pressed" column while it is being pressed. 6- Click on "Finish", click "OK".     Hello, The latest ClickCharts version 3.14 won't display the green bubble, simply click the Text button at the top and then click the connector, enter the text, click outside the text box and align the text over the connector.

    Hello, Please be aware that a video file's thumbnail is not set during edition or with VideoPad in any way. The thumbnail is set by Windows, so since the NCH Software support scope is limited to the program, please contact Microsoft for thumbnail support.

    Hello Jacquie, All video files must have a beginning and an end, it is up to the video player to loop the video. YouTube doesn't have a loop option, it will just stop or play another video. You can export an MP4 video, open it with Windows Media Player and turn on the "Repeat" option that should be near the play button.

    Hello, Try creating a completely new file, use "Save As..." instead and use a different test name, close the program and double click the newly created .CDO test file and check for the latest changes.     How to use with Multiple Customer locations?

    Express Accounts would work the same as Express invoice, only one shipping address per customer can be set, but you can edit the address while creating a new invoice without affecting the default address set in the customer's profile.

    Data Base Lost!

    Hello Bruce, The correct way to backup your Reflect CRM data is by going to "Tools > Backup Data..." and creating a backup folder you can later restore from "Tools > Restore Data..." Without a backup folder your information cannot be restored. Uninstalling the program will delete the data you have on the program.

    Hello Randbjams, Zulu should not delete any of your music, it should only load it from its current location. NCH Software programs sometimes require to download a compliment to perform certain actions, the component you download from that link is the "Sound Exchange Decoder Component" The Equalizer should be located at the bottom left of each deck, if yours looks different take a screenshot and attach it to a support ticket you can enter at http://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

    When you need to do reporting or check the current stock, in Express Accounts go to "Options > Inventory" make sure the location you're checking is selected and click "Update Now" then check again.
