    Hello, try deleting the WavePad cache. Close WavePad. Go to: C:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\WavePad\ (if you can't find the AppData folder, set Windows to show hidden files and folders as per https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/14201/windows-show-hidden-files) Delete all files within the "WavePad" folder, open WavePad and reload the file.     Want to plug in mic but then hear anything

    You should uninstall Voxal, restart the PC, reinstall Voxal, restart again to setup the audio drivers correctly, then connect your microphone, make sure Windows detects it correctly. Go to "Options > Preview Audio" and make sure the playback and recording devices are correctly selected, under "Preview Mode" select "Listen to the voice effect as you speak" and click "OK" Select a voice and click "Preview" you should be able to speak into the microphone and listen to your modified voice while you speak.

    MP4 is definitely supported by Express Scribe as you can confirm at http://www.nch.com.au/scribe/kb/656.html Make sure the file plays fine with Windows Media Player to know the file is not corrupted. To load a file to Express Scribe use the "Load" button at the top or drag and drop the file into the middle white section of Express Scribe, where the files are listed when added correctly. if you keep having issues, report your issue at http://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

    Not enough space on CD?

    Make sure you select "Audio CD" under the "Audio" tab. Make sure that the CD you're using is blank, try another blank CD and check if that works. If you're sure it keeps having an issue, take a screenshot of the message telling you there's no space and send a support ticket through http://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

  9. Make sure your DSS file is not in fact a DS2 file, as DS2 files are not supported by Express Scribe. Right click it and select "Properties" to check the "File Type" Also, DSS files are for the Pro version only, make sure your license is Professional and that is registered in the program at "File > Register Express Scribe..."

    Try deleting the cache folder named "WavePad" at C:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\WavePad\ restart WavePad and open your project file.   13. Make sure you're using high quality encoder settings by clicking the "Options" button next to the "Output Format" drop down menu.     Unable to add Order number in web-access

    From the Web Access the new invoice and new quote number cannot be manually changed. It will use the next number available. You can only manually change the invoice number when creating the invoice from the program itself. From the program itself the quote number cannot be changed while creating it. You can see the next number to be used at "Options > Invoice/Quote" under "Numbering"
