When you open the Channel before start recording if you click on the Wrench Icon it will open the Audio track 1 or 2 or 3 Audio Options. there is Recording audio device from it you will be able to see that says Mono/Stereo. Unfortunately no. Inventoria is not a sales base program. Its just to keep the Inventory organize and better managed it does have the option to do some sales but is not made for that purpose. First I recommend you to check different capture options for example some video capture devices are detected as a Webcam.
