Dear Ben, thank you for your quick reply. The photo you sent shows exactly what I wish for. When i do what you have done, I get "some audio fade out first, then fade in". I would like to show you a picture but I don't understand how I can put a picture into this message. Shall I upload it to "My Media" or so? I am using MacBook Pro 13inch mid 2012, El Capitan I usually work wit wav 44.1 kHz, 16 bit files, or 48 kHz, 32 bit.

Hi fellow WavePadders, I work a lot with samples and need to cut and fade audio. WavePad creates a little bit of sound at the beginning of its Fade In, before it starts a fade in. Is it true that this audio program cannot fade in starting with zero? Please let me know if you have seen/heard this problem before.
