I have version 4.82 and that button , is not there, but, there is a button called, search invoices, and did click it once, found no invoice, closed the application, entered tried again, and again, and finally I got a message saying, express has recalculated and now , balance seems to be correct showing 0! . thank you once again!

balance due 143.23 but this customer has no invoices or payments. where can I fix that?

I did delete the records but those are still shown on customer statement.

I applied the payment to incorrect invoice, I wanted to undo this but I was not sure where to do it, so I went to journal, selected the records and deleted it. Customer statement still shows the payment there , several duplicates actually , how to correct this , any idea? thx!
