I just BOUGHT Prism Plus for converting MOVs to MPGs. Conversion stops giving me a message that says "error during conversion process, ple". Note that the message cuts off so I have no idea what it really says. I am trying to convert using MPEG2 and I received a little message saying that using FFMPEG would solve conversion problems. How do I do that? Where do I find the FFMPEG option?
