Click on Scribe Mini, then the button at the bottom left corner that looks like a folder with a blue top. This will make it medium-sized. Then you can move it with arrow keys at the bottom or the side. I use this size sometimes and drag it around the screen. This helps when I'm doing videos sometimes.

Perhaps you moved the slider bar by accident on the volume? When you have the program open, it is on the bottom right corner. You slide it for how loud or soft you want the program to play. [This might be an obvious answer, but in case it's not.]

Look under Options, Playback. You can play around with the settings to find one that is good for you.
