  1. Hi, 3D image clips and / or 3D video clips can be added to any project, using the instructions in Loading or Creating Clips. When loading a 3D image or video file, you will be asked to select its stereoscopic format. Check the Use this format for all 3D files I load check-box to set this as the default. The default format can be changed later in Options: Export. To change the stereoscopic format of a clip after it has been loaded, use the clip properties dialog. Saving 3D Videos Follow the instructions in Saving, Sharing, or Burning a Video. Select the Stereoscopic 3D output format, as shown in Output Video to Stereoscopic 3D. Stereoscopic Formats are: Side by Side, or Over / Under Information for the left and right eyes are stored in separate parts of each frame. If the frame width or height is set to half, then it means that the output will be shown stretched as if the input 3D file were squashed to half width or height. Anaglyph Information for the left and right eyes is stored together, by shifting colors. Glasses with different colored lenses are required to view the 3D effect.

  6. Hi, It is sometimes useful to print the actual period on the invoice to the customer to explain what period the invoice is for. When this option is checked, the text %period% in the Description field will be replaced by the date of the actual period of the invoice, in other words, what will be reflected is the actual invoice date not the current date.   9. Hi, No, all data should be in the Library folder, still, possibly the data was at a different folder. On the old hardrive, look within > user/Library/Application\Support/NCH Software/ExpressInvoice, copy the "Express Invoice" folder and replace the one you have on the new system.   10. Hi, Please confirm the Mac OS and application version you are using, and contact the NCH support staff > supportnch@nchsoftware.com , possibly you will need to re install a software. I have tested this on Mac OS Sierra and it works just fine, either using the Open With > WavePad option(after right clicking) or by dragging the file to the application window. Best regards,
  11. Hi, Please set your Soundcard or "Stereo Mix" option as your Windows default recording device before trying again. Go to Control Panel > Sound > Recording menu > select your SoundCard or Stereo Mix and set as default. If these options are not listed, right click on the blank area, select "Show disabled devices", look for the option, select, click "Set default", click Apply and OK. When ready, go to Debut options > Audio > check mark Microphone and Speakers boxes and click OK, when done start your recording and confirm. Best regards,

  13. Hi, If the issue is related to not been able to load/play the entire length of the file, try the following: 1. From WavePad, select the Options menu > Audio tab > "Audio working folder" section, check mark the "Use this specified folder" box and copy the folder path. C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\WavePad. 2. Paste the path on your windows folder explorer, this will open the Cache content files. 3. Delete all files within this folder. 4. Close WavePad and re open it again. 5. Re load the file and confirm. Best regards,

Hi, The available option for this will be to use the Amplify Effect / option, after the effect, use the File > Save file As ... select .FLAC > use the Encoder compression level "2 Balance" and a higher sample rate(96000), click OK and play the recording.   18. Hi, Yes, you can apply any of the available effects to the text clip. Once you add the text(using the Add Text+ icon from the top menu), right click the text clip and select "Effects", from the effect window, click the "+" plus sing and select use any of the available effects. In regards to the background options, from the Text clip, click the square next to "Editor only" and change the background as desire. Best regards,
  19. Hi, If you are trying to change the playback speed of the original recording, right click on top of the audio waves, select Effects > Speed change > use the Speed Adjust percentage option to set a new speed and click on Apply to save changes. Best regards,
  20. Hi, This sounds as a board(old Casio keyboard) and/or input(headphone socket) issue, specially if it happens on all recordings. Is possible, try to record from a different board using a different computer. Best regards,

  23. Hi, As you mentioned, you can edit the audio portion separately using WavePad, but you won't have a reference based on the video it self. You could try by right clicking the audio portion of the video(from the bottom timeline sequence), select the "Unlink from video" option, and edit the audio from VideoPad using the available audio effects...this will be the workaround. Both file formats are supported, so there could be an issue with the Effects you have used, please check you are not using any, so no change is made to the original file.   25. Hi, In regards to your inquiries, 1. As you mentioned, it could impact the speed and file length, please use the same playback speed for recording. 2. In some computers the "Windows record mixer" or the "Stereo Mix" option is use to record the audio coming thru the system speakers.The recommended input channel to use is based on the device from where you are recording(External device). 3. You will notice that there are indicators under the volume display, indicating the areas of low volume, good volume, and high volume. Try to set the level so that the volume display stays mostly within the "good" volume range. In reference to " appears to records about 60 seconds of sound, then the software just stops recording" This usually happens when there is no audio or the software has a limitation(not a Licensed version).
