Just installed the free version of Axon and everything seemed to go smoothly other than the message 'Unable to start the background service'. Anyone give me a clue as to which service it might be referring to? I cannot open the web panel at http://127.0.0.1:81/

Can anyone point me to any references or explain to me how Axon decides whether or not to proxy media? Do I have any control over this from within the software?
