I am a new user and am using Express Accounts Plus 5.04. Is it possible to edit the statement template? I do not need the 'PO or Ref No.' column and would like to remove it from the statement.

I had this problem too. If you are using Excel, make sure there is only one tab in the workbook. When I deleted the blank tabs the 'Click to assign' values worked. Also, if you name the columns the same as the suggested columns it matches them for you automatically.

Great instructions! I am a new user and they are easy to follow! The only part I had difficulties with was entering a value in the 'Oldest date due' and 'last invoice' fields. I am able to select the field but no enter the values. Do you know why? I am using Express accounts Plus 5.04.
