I am a newbie to Informant, however, ensure that the software that came with the camera is installed.

i have recently downloaded Informant and i am attempting to view live video thru MS-Media player 11 but in each instance in crashes. Am i doing something wrong. I noticed that the default port is 80 but web info shows ip address and port 85. Any suggestions. The Trial version worked perfectly
