I installed free version of WavePad and then purchased full version ("Pocke Wavepad HD") as a InApp purchase for 9.99 USD.
Now it is version 4.60 and it doesn't work at all!
When started, it just freezes!
I tried to reinstall the app.
Then at first start it shows a form for email etc but again freezes.
I see same behaviour on all my devices:
- iPad 3 64GB
- iPad mini 2 64GB
- iPad Air 2 64GB
iOS 8.1.1.
So,
1. Is the Company (NCH Software) going to fix this?
2. If it can't - how can I get a refund?
