I am using an Infinity IN-USB-2 pedal. This is working on my computer; it is working with Express Scribe. For my work, I need to use PedalWare on a voice file playing in a third party website, Ascribe. When I download and run PedalWare, it cannot detect that my foot pedal is plugged in, even though it is working. I duplicated the prodecure on another computer where the Infinity IN-USB-2 foot pedal works, and it could not be detected there.
Can you suggest any next steps? The pedal is not detected regardless of the port it is plugged into.
