Hi,
Recently Suntrust Bank required user IDs to be changed.
(I changed my user id and I am able to login to Suntrust bank online web site with no problems.)
I installed a new copy of MoneyLine on WIndows 7 and set the account up correctly, but when I try to retrieve transactions, I get an error.
I believe that Suntrust has changed something and not relayed the change to NCH.
Has anyone else seen this problem, or know of a solution?
