Vincent Herbiere

Hello I just bought the pro version of express scribe. I was so far using the free version 5.06, fine ! So I bought the pro version this morning, when I try to install it the setup program bugs after I accept the terms of licence, saying the program doesn't respond. Can anyone help ? I hesitate uninstalling the older version to try and see if it works this way cause I didn't find where the express scribe versions of my audio file are being put by the software on my computer and would like to keep those, got quite a few, with comments and stuffs and don't want to have to load all of that again. Does anyone know where to find that ? Thanks Vincent
