We have the IMS software (User Version). From the descriptions on the web, it appears that I should be able to upload additional music tracks but not messages. However, when I click on the tool bar or drop down menu to upload music, nothing happens. The demo program uploading works fine. Am I doing something wrong or am I missing something....or do I need the Professional version? Thanks!
