  1. Yes, you should be able to install Express Scribe on the correct computer and register it. That shouldn't be a problem
  2. You wouldn't transfer your software to the new computer. You'd install Express Invoice on the new computer and register it. However, it looks like you purchased Express Invoice quite some time ago, so you'd have 2 options: 1) Use the version of Express Invoice that matches your registration code based on date of purchase: http://www.oldversiondownload.com/oldversions/expressinvoice-3-98-2013-11-16.exe 2) If you'd like to upgrade to the current version of Express Invoice, you'll receive the lowest price by entering your existing registration code at www.nch.com.au/upgrade/
  3. Verbose may fit your needs. See https://www.nch.com.au/verbose/index.html
  4. Please submit your refund request at https://www.nch.com.au/general/refund.html
  5. If you transfer your files to your computer via a non-internet method (USB flash drive for example), then you can load the files into Express Scribe by clicking on Load (on the top menu bar) and selecting your file(s).
  6. Unfortunately, Doxillion doesn't convert between versions of Word. The formats supported are listed at https://www.nchsoftware.com/documentconvert/kb/1858.html
  7. MixPad will only install in the default location on your C drive. Unfortunately, there's no way to change that.
  8. Unfortunately. that won't work. If your pedal is connected to your local machine, Express Scribe on the remote computer won't recognize it.
  9. cda isn't a file format. cda files are shortcuts to specific audio tracks and contain information such as track times. They don't contain music. They just point to where the music is located on the CD.
  10. Prism doesn't support PRV format. The formats supported are listed at https://www.nchsoftware.com/prism/kb/1217.html
  11. Sorry for any miscommunication. The Mac version of Express Scribe doesn't do speech to text. The Windows version does.
  12. Tools-->Back Up Data should be what you're looking for.
  13. The formats supported are listed at https://www.nchsoftware.com/slideshow/kb/566.html
  14. It looks like you purchased Express Invoice 5 years ago. We offer free upgrades for 6 months after purchase, and for 12 months after purchase for minor version upgrades. Beyond that, you'll receive the lowest price by entering your existing registration code at www.nch.com.au/upgrade/
  15. I'll send you a PM. I can provide you with a link to the version that you need based on your date of purchase if you can tell me the email address that you used when you made your purchase or the approximate date of purchase.
  16. The current version of Inventoria (https://www.nchsoftware.com/inventory/invmaci.zip) is 64-bit and runs on Catalina.
  17. It sounds like you're using an old version of Express Invoice. The last few versions are compatible with Catalina. The current version is available at https://www.nchsoftware.com/invoice/invoicemaci.zip
  18. Pricing for Express Invoice is available at https://www.nchsoftware.com/invoice/index.html

That sounds like a serial number, not the registration code. Serial numbers are used for one time activation. If you need to recover your registration code again, you should be able to use the automated utility at http://www.nch.com.au/support/reg.html?display=keyrecovery#EEEli
  20. You should have received an email with your registration code each time you made a purchase. If you need to recover your registration code again, you should be able to use the automated utility at http://www.nch.com.au/support/reg.html?display=keyrecovery#EEEli
  21. That link's been posted on the forum recently: https://www.nch.com.au/general/refund.html

Just download WavePad from nchsoftware.com and install. You should be able to register using your existing registration code. WavePad doesn't have any data to back up.
  23. What is the error message shown? We'd need that or some screenshots.
  24. No, we don't limit by file size. It sounds like Prism doesn't support the file type or the codec. The file types supported are listed at https://www.nchsoftware.com/prism/kb/1217.html If your files are of a supported type and Prism still won't convert them, then please open a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
