Help with using Express Scribe Transcription Software and NCH Suite
N_C_H_josh replied to J.G.'s topic in Express Scribe
The Help documentation is available at help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/scribe/win/index.html?software=Scribe The NCH Suite is a collection of shortcuts to various NCH programs that you might want to try out. -
Please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
-
The installers for all of the versions that you've installed can be found in C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Scribe

You can set the destination folder under Options-->Output

10.14.6 is the latest version of Mojave. You couldn't be running a later release.
-
If you downloaded PhotoStage from https://www.nchsoftware.com/slideshow/pstagefree.exe then you should be using the free version. How are you trying to save your slideshow? If you're exporting it to a video file, you may be using a format that's not supported by the free version.
-
On the purchase page, The Home edition is described as "All Professional Edition features without video clip insertion support" The free version is limited in the formats that you can export to.
-
Yes. I just tested it on Youtube audio and it worked fine on the latest Mojave build (10.14.6)
-
It sounds like you downloaded the free trial (of the paid version) and not the free version from https://www.nchsoftware.com/capture/debutsetup.exe

Can I run 2 instances of Recordpad on 1 PC
N_C_H_josh replied to Simon Edwards's topic in Record Pad
Unfortunately, no. RecordPad will always install to the same location. RecordPad only records from one audio source at a time. -
That screenshot shows the recipient properties from Express Dictate. Only the person sending you files would see that. If you need technical support, then please open a ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html

We don't have release dates, but it should be soon. You can stay updated on our releases by subscribing to our newsletter at www.nchsoftware.com/software/newsletter.html or by following @nchsoftware on Twitter.
-
What sort of email are you trying to send? Reflect can send the report for a contact or lead via email, but it's not an email client.

The free version of Express Scribe is available at https://www.nch.com.au/scribe/essetup.exe while the paid version is available at https://www.nch.com.au/components/essetup.exe If you're transcribing Video files or using an Infinity foot pedal, then you'd need the paid version.

The location is set each time that you export a file:
-
The encryption key would come from the person using Express Dictate who set you up as a user:
-
That's on our TODO list, so it should be included in the next release. You can stay updated on our releases by subscribing to our newsletter at www.nchsoftware.com/software/newsletter.html or by following @nchsoftware on Twitter.

Odd. I'm using v6.50 and I have that option: Did you download Switch from nchsoftware.com?
-
In that case, I'd recommend opening a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html You could copy your data to C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software but I don't think that would work.
-
Tools-->Restore Data should be what you're looking for.
-
Sure. Accounts-->Import Data from Express Invoice should do it:
-
If you're using the Windows version, then File-->Register Software is what you're looking for. In the Mac version, it's ClassicFTP-->Register ClassicFTP
-
The Chart of Accounts dialog allows you to add, edit or delete accounts. To open the Chart of Accounts dialog, select View-->Chart of Accounts from the main menu bar.
