  1. I'd recommend submitting a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html. We'd need a detailed description of the problem, how to reproduce it, etc.
  2. Export-->Video File will bring up this dialog: The other setting, including the compressor used are under Default Quality/Filesize. You can change mpeg4 to h264 there.
  3. Unfortunately, no. Our mobile apps are licensed separately. They don't use registration codes.
  4. I'd recommend reporting the problem at https://www.nch.com.au/software/bug.html We may need more information, a sample file, etc.
  5. You can always install our programs on as many computers as you like. If you want to register a program on more than one computer, you'd need one license per computer. Our licenses are single computer licenses.
  6. We have a todo item filed, so it should be included in one of the next releases. If you're importing your own, you could use the block tool.
  7. Just go to http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/mixpad/win/help.pdf
  8. Unfortunately, MoneyLine doesn't support that format. It can import OFX and QFX files.

Yes. You can change the Data Folder under Options-->Disk Usage You'd have to move the whole default folder. I'd copy it first, just to make sure that you don't lose anything.
  11. I'll send you a link to the version of Express Accounts that you should use, based on your purchase date.
  12. I think that we'd need some more information, such as what happens when you try to attach an audio file to a google slide, if you can attach them to emails, etc. What format are these files. how big, etc. Tech support has been overwhelmed lately. but I can make sure that someone contacts you.
  13. Those fields aren't stored in the file system. The data files aren't meant to be accessible via ODBC query, but they're stored in Users/$USER/Library/Application Support/ExpressAccounts/Shared where $USER is the username that you log in under.
  14. Are you familiar with Fixed Draw for Walls? Is that what you're looking for or did you have something else in mind?
  15. The free version from https://www.nch.com.au/wavepad/wpsetup.exe doesn't expire. You do have to certify that you're using it for non-commercial use at startup, but if you're unable to get past that step, then please open a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  16. I let the right people know that the Steam version was outdated. It should be fixed now.
  17. Yes, the data format never changes.
  18. I'll have someone look at that, but you should always be able to update if you click on the App Store icon or program. If you click on updates, you should see a page shows the programs that have new updates, You can click on update for a single program, or update all in the top right hand corner.
  19. Yes, it sounds like you're using an old version of Express Accounts that doesn't run on Catalina. In that case, you'd have to purchase an upgrade at http://www.nch.com.au/upgrade/
  20. What version of Switch are you using? I just downloaded and installed the current version and as you see, ogg is one of the output formats:

We don't publish any software in Norwegian. If you'd like to see that change, then please submit a suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html
  23. Yes. We provide free upgrades for 6 months after purchase, so you'd have to purchase an upgrade at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html in order to use the current version.
  24. You should be able to register offline. We've tested that successfully.
  25. Panorama is located under the Tools menu. It should also be one of the options when you start PhotoPad:
