    sd card

It depends on how the card reader presents itself to the OS; they don't all behave the same way. No, there's no reason to think that the paid version of Orion will see any drive the trial version won't see, but you should probably download the latest version and see if that helps.
  2. http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/expressaccounts/win/creditnoteoptions.html should help, but if not, please open a support ticket.
  3. Columns like Quantity can be edited (you can change the name, etc), but not removed.
  4. There are free versions of MoneyLine for Windows http://www.nchsoftware.com/personalfinance/mlsetupfree.exe and Mac OSX http://www.nchsoftware.com/personalfinance/mlfreemaci.zip
  5. That's a 3 year old version of VideoPad. You shouldn't have that trouble with the current version (3.58)
  6. is that Spy Bot? What version did you run? I tested Version 2.4.40.0 but it didn't interfere with VideoPad on Win 7.
  7. We don't have a Chrome OS version in development, but you may be able to run the Windows version on your Chromebook using WINE.
  8. The following sequence should work: View Invoices- Right Click an invoice select Packing Slip Print Packing Slip If not, please open a support ticket.
  9. Assuming that the online service is Web Access, the previous poster is correct in that you need the host running to accept those Web Access connections. Back up your data from the Tools menu, and restore that data from the same menu once you've re-installed Express Invoice.
  10. Not automatically, no. Have you submitted these suggestions at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html ?
  11. "Browse backup with express zip" will work on backup files that you created on the same machine that you're restoring to. You run a restore job, and with that job selected in the main window, you'll be able to select "Browse backup with express zip" from the job menu. You don't need a registered version of Express Zip to do this. That being said, there does seem to be a problem with FileFort. This is being filed as a bug to be fixed in the next release.
  12. We've seen a handful of these issues. "Synchronization error quan" indicates that you've entered items in Copper that aren't in Inventoria. Do a back up within Express Invoice, delete all the items in the sync file and then restore your Express Invoice back up. If you have any more trouble, open a ticket with tech support.
  13. I see what you mean. I tested version 3.86 and had the same problem. Version 3.99 looks ok, and the current version is 4.10 I'll PM you.
  14. I've seen that error when you're restoring from a directory that is the parent of the actual backup directory. MoneyLine creates a backup directory inside the directory that you specify, and names it MoneyLine-Backup-yy-mm-dd. If you specify this directory, then MoneyLine should restore your data.
  15. If you're using Windows, the Data Folder is set to C:\Users\$USER\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Scribe and you can change that under Options-->Disk Usage On OSX, the Data Folder should be /Users/$USER/Library/Application Support/NCH Software/Scribe and you can change that under Preferences->Disk Usage
  16. Have you entered your request at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html ? If not, please do, so that our developers know that you want this feature restored in the next release. Thanks.
  17. It does look like things got pushed back, but yes, this is legit. Android is definitely on its way, and iOs is too.
  18. When you Add New Item, there's a "Use Bill of Materials" checkbox under Sub-Category. Is that what you're interested in?
  19. Not yet, but we're hoping to have it released in the next quarter.
  20. The chroma key isn't present in the paid version. You can file your request for that feature at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html
  21. Are you using the latest version of Copper (1.29)? The prices should be update when you import data from a .csv file. The latest version works for me on Mac and Windows. Have you opened a support ticket?
