  3. Express Burn should support dual and quad layer discs if your hardware does, but we haven't specifically tested it with those types of discs.

    VOC File

    Switch for Windows can convert FROM .voc, but not TO that format. See http://www.nch.com.au/switch/kb/1405.html for a list of the formats that Switch supports. Unfortunately, as you've seen, WavePad doesn't save to .voc either.
  6. You'll have to re-register each time you install. Backups won't include your registration information.

  9. Sorry for the confusion. There's no way to import directly from the app, but you can add files via iTunes.
  10. I just tested Scribe on Windows 10. Time Stamps worked fine. If you were running Scribe on Windows 7 and upgraded to Windows 10, I'd recommend reinstalling Scribe. That should fix the problem.

    The current free version (5.07) has Back Up functionality.I just verified that. What version are you using?
  12. There should be a Text button on the toolbar, in between Rectangle and Dummy. I think that's what the web page is referring to.
  13. I don't know if I'd consider that a bug. Have you submitted it at http://www.nch.com.au/software/bug.html to see what our developers say?
  14. That information is shown at http://www.nch.com.au/scribe/index.html. The free version of Express Scribe supports Altoedge pedals. The paid version supports the Infinity pedals.
  15. Posting/sharing registration codes isn't allowed under our license. Registration codes are unique to a customer, and they're only valid for a limited number of uses. As Sam said, if you need help with registering your software, please open a technical support ticket.

  17. There's probably a logical limit (I'd have to contact our development team for that info) but I just tested it, and I was able to add 8000 songs to a playlist before I stopped it. It sounds like you should open a support ticket at http://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  18. Have you installed the Professional version or the Free version of Express Invoice? It sounds like you've downloaded the free version, since the Professional version can't be downloaded until it's paid for. There are two versions in the app store, one paid (the Professional version) and one free with in-app purchases. If you purchased the Professional version at some point in the past, then you should be able to download the current version. Please contact technical support via www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html if you continue to have trouble.
  19. Unfortunately, we don't store the shortcuts in a user friendly format, so it's not easy to print a list. If you don't have a long list, you could just open FastFox and take a screenshot. If you have more than one screen full, you might have to take multiple screenshots.
  20. We never take weeks to reply to support tickets. It doesn't look like we ever received one from you, but feel free to PM me with the address that you used. I'd recommend reporting your problem(s) at http://www.nch.com.au/software/bug.html to ensure that our developers see them.

  22. If you select all the files you have loaded and click on the Dictation Information icon (the leftmost icon just above the file list), that information will contain the Number of dictations selected.
  23. Unfortunately, the MAC version of ExpressScribe doesn't support the DSS format. Please see http://www.nch.com.au/scribe/kb/656.html for details I'd recommend using our Switch Audio File Converter (http://www.nch.com.au/switch/index.html) to convert the DSS file to a format that Scribe supports.
  24. It sounds like you don't have "Use SMTP to send email directly to the mail server" checked in your Email preferences. I see that you're working with tech support; they should be able to help you with this.
