  1. Unfortunately, there's currently no way to mark multiple tasks complete. Please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  2. Unfortunately, we don't have an update for you. Switch works on Windows 10, XP, Vista, 7, 8 and 8.1
  3. Hello Do you have ads in your videos? If so, then you'd need the Master's Edition. If your videos aren't being monetized, then the free edition would suffice.
  4. It sounds like you have "Show selection rectangle while recording" checked on the main screen. Have you tried unchecking that?
  5. Unfortunately it's not as easy as select, copy, create new file, and paste. You'd have to delete everything but your selection using the Trim function and then save the file. Don't forget to make a copy of the original file, so that you don't lose it.
  6. Are you looking for the web access included in the desktop versions? The mobile versions don't have web access, but you can log into a desktop version's web access using any browser. The next release of Express Invoice should include the device sync option that the versions for the other platforms have.
  7. It looks like the Olympus 5500 saves dictations in DSS format, which Express Scribe supports. I'd recommend installing the free trial of Express Scribe to make sure.
  8. The quantity column can't be removed, but it can be renamed. If you go to Options-->Invoice, Invoice Text, you'll see "In order to change the desired heading just click on the right column text."
  9. The current version of Express Scribe is 5.85. The Disk usage settings that you mention are under Options-->Disk Usage (there's no Settings button) and they haven't changed in the new version. The default options are set to never delete old files, and to warn you when your available disk space is under 300mb. If you think that 300mb is unreasonable, then please file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.a...ons/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release. Most of our users want their files saved indefinitely, and would prefer to manage that themselves, rather than having Express Scribe auto delete the files. You can delete your dictation files selectively using File-->Recover old dictations. That will bring up a list of your dictation files.
  10. A "User" can access Invoices, Quotes, Orders, Payments, etc. There's currently no permission level defined that will restrict a user to Invoices. Please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  11. I'd recommend opening a technical support ticket at http://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html if you're having trouble syncing. Someone should be able to help you with that.
  12. Please look under Options-->Invoice. You'll see the various fields that can be edited.
  13. Express Scribe doesn't normally require internet, but if it needs to download a component, then you'd need to be online very briefly.
  14. You can simply enter a space in the Note Comment for a specific invoce, and "nothing" will show when you record the invoice. That Note Comment needs something in it, but a space will work.
  15. Have you tried the current version, which is 5.04? You're using an older version. Please let us know if you see the same problem in the current version.
  16. Please submit your refund request at http://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html. Someone will respond shortly.
  17. Please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  18. That's on our todo list. Thanks for your patience.
  19. Please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  20. Please open a support ticket at http://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html. Our technical support team will be able to help you.
  21. That looks like a bug. I'll file it. Thanks for reporting this.
  22. There's no hard coded limit, but PhotoStage may limit the number of images that you can add if you don't have enough memory available.
  23. For information on VideoPad, please see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VideoPad
  24. Switch should be able to encode the file as requested in .wav format if you choose Custom from the Encoder Options.
  25. It sounds like you're running the free trial of the paid version, not the truly free version of Express Scribe. The free trial has usage limits. It sounds like you've hit one of those.
