  1. I'm not sure what you mean when you say that you're unable to access the menus. They're grayed out? PhotoStage runs on Windows 8.1 I recommend opening a support ticket at www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html
  2. Sorry about that. That KB article obviously refers to the Windows version of Express Invoice. The Mac version doesn't have that functionality. I'll update the KB and file a bug. Thanks for letting us know about this.
  3. There's no download site, but I can send you a manual. I'll PM you.

DreamPlan is free software. There's no Print option yet, but that's on our list of to do items, so I expect that it would be added in future version.
  5. Once an invoice is recorded, the invoice number can't be changed. You can edit some of the other fields, but not the invoice number.
  6. Please contact technical support via the form at http://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html. I don't see any tickets for you, but perhaps you used a different email address. We answer every support request, although it may take a bit longer during the holidays, and as has been mentioned frequenty, you don't have to pay for support.
  7. Right click the audio track and select "Adjust audio duration and fading." If you've recorded the narration but need to "move" the audio to match the slide in which the narrated part should be played, Photostage doesn't contain that functionality. The Help documentation is available by pressing F1 or at http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/photostage/win/index.html
  8. Edit-Resize should do that. The Help documentation is available by hitting F1 or at http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/photopad/win/index.html
  9. Reinstalling FFMPEG from http://www.nch.com.au/components/ffmpeg.exe may help. I'll follow up internally to see if we have any other recommendations. Yes, VideoPad is compatible with Windows 8.
  10. Have you read http://www.nchsoftware.com/inventory/kb/1289.html?
  11. You can do that by backing up the program directories (under C:\Program Files (x86)) , but it's better to back up the installation files in case you ever need them. You have your registration codes in your email; we send those when you purchase the software. Most programs have a backup utility built into them, and most software stores its data in C:\ProgramData\NCH Software
  12. You can use the same license. If you use it too often, then it may be disabled, but you'll be prompted to visit one of our pages to reset it, and Technical Support can reset it for you as well.
  13. This should be a new topic. I'm not sure I understand what you're asking, but you should be able to reset your registration code at http://www.nch.com.au/kb/10078.html if it's been used too many times. However, your Express Invoice data is saved on your local PC, and anywhere that you backed it up. We don't have any access to that data. Please contact our Technical Support team for help by opening a ticket at www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html
  14. Compatibility with Windows Server 2008 isn't on the product roadmap, but if there's enough interest, it might be added. Filing a suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html is the best way to make that happen.
  15. Switch is compatible with Windows XP, Vista, 7 and 8 Earlier versions are compatible with Windows 98/ME and Win 2000. See http://www.nch.com.au/switch/index.html for details.
  16. It sounds like you should contact support via http://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html, whether you're interested in a refund or not. The unlicensed (free) version is identical to the Professional version, until the trial expires. Then features such as effects are disabled.
  17. We don't really bury features in the software. The invoice numbering in Express Invoice is fairly basic, just what you see under Options-->Invoice-->Invoice Numbering. That level of customization would be a radical change, but if you'd like to request it, feel free to do so at www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html

That page seems to be down now, but yes, you can change the links by changing the HTML code for the page. For example, <a href=" 22">Untitled 22</a>
  19. There's nothing built into BroadCam. You'd have to limit the connections on your router/switch, or on your server.
  20. There's no option to control the speed of the text scrolling. As you see, you can change the scrolling direction, the text size, the opacity, etc. You can always submit a request to add that option at www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html
  21. You don't have to purchase the product. We support presales questions, people who are evaluating the software, paid customers, and anyone else. Just go to http://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html and fill out the form on that page.

I see and hear your stream when I click on the Public Network link. It looks like it's working now.
  23. Those reminders could be triggered if you're using Express Dictate but haven't registered. They could also be a "how're we doing" that comes up periodically. The reminders should appear less and less frequently.
  24. Unfortunately, MoneyLine won't be able to handle the two amount fields. You could move the payments and deposits in your bank's CSV file into one column and multiply the payments by -1, but MoneyLine is looking for one amount field.
  25. Tools-->Back Up Data should do it, on either Windows or Mac.
