  1. You can change the color of the waveform for a particular track by selecting the track and clicking on Track-->Color if that's what you're looking for.
  2. Please let me know what kind of iPad you're using so that we can test on that device. We tested on an iPad air with iOS 12.4 without encountering the problem that you're reporting.

  6. PhotoPad always stores images in RGB. Unfortunately, neither PhotoPad nor PhotoStage will convert to CMYK.
  7. I'd recommend downloading VideoPad from https://www.nchsoftware.com/videopad/index.htm for editing video files. Debut will open VideoPad (if it's installed) when you click the Edit button.

  19. It sounds like you haven't entered your registration code. To register Switch, start Switch, go to the File menu, choose Register Software, paste your registration code into the dialog box and click Register.   23. Which program are you referring to? We'd have to know that to start with, as well as the version and the version of Windows or MacOS that you're using. You should be able to uninstall All of our programs via the Windows Control Panel or by dragging the icon to the trash in MacOs, but if you're not, then please open a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  24. Yes. That shouldn't be a problem as long as you uninstall Express Scribe from your desktop, then you should be able to register it on your laptop.

Switch is designed to be as simple to use as possible, but the manual is at http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/switch/win/help.pdf Make sure your Output Format is set to flac or mp3, depending on the format that you want to convert to. Click the Options button next to Output Format and you'll see the available settings for that format (Sample Rate, Bit Depth, etc)
