  1. Unfortunately, the only place to edit the layout is in the Options. Please feel free to file any suggestions at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  2. That could be done with blocks as the mezzanine floor. Please open a support ticket if you have any trouble.
  3. https://www.nch.com.au/kb/10018.html may be a good start.
  4. You should be able to install Debut on your new laptop and to register using your existing registration code. If you need to recover your registration code, you should be able to use the automated utility at http://www.nch.com.au/support/reg.html?display=keyrecovery#EEEli
  5. I'd recommend unchecking the Run on Startup box in the program options and adding a shortcut to the Pedable executable in your user's startup folder. That should bypass the Admin user.
  6. Options-->Invoice-->Custom Fields is the place to look. Custom Fields is toward the bottom of the dialog, so it may be a bit hard to spot:
  7. This user forum won't be able to help with registration. Please open a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  8. I'll PM you. This user forum won't be able to help with registration.
  9. Please open a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  10. You'd need another license if you want to register Express Scribe on a second machine. Save the installation file stored in your C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Scribe folder. It should be scribesetup_vx.xx.exe where x.xx is the version number. If you don't have your registration code, you should be able to recover it via the utility at https://www.nch.com.au/support/reg.html?display=keyrecovery#EEEli
  11. Either paid version will work with the Infinity pedal. The free version works with our Altoedge pedals.

    New Buyer

If you're asking about licensing, your registration code will work with either the Windows or Mac versions. You'll need a license for each machine.

    MAC 64 Bit

Have you downloaded and installed the new version from https://www.nchsoftware.com/invoice/invoicemaci.zip ?
  14. That depends on when you purchased. We provide free upgrades for 6 months after purchase (major version releases) and 12 months after purchase (minor version releases). I'll send you a PM so that we can discuss your specific case. The data is backwards compatible, so you shouldn't have any trouble.
  15. You can stay updated on our releases by subscribing to our newsletter at www.nchsoftware.com/software/newsletter.html or by following @nchsoftware on Twitter.
  16. There's no way to change that right now, but there are workarounds. Maybe you can add a color invert layer before the straighten layer. Once it's straightened, you can remove the color invert layer. We call the color invert layer "Negative"
  17. Tools-->Backup Data in the Windows version will do the backup and Tools-->Restore Data in the Mac version should do the restore. The data is cross platform.
  18. The current version is 9.01
  19. I'm not sure if it's what you mean, but if you have text in your clipboard, you should be able to right click -> paste as overlay and it will create a text layer containing the text in your clipboard.
  20. Prism doesn't burn DVDs, but Express Burn https://www.nch.com.au/burn/index.html) can.
  21. The data should be stored in C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\ExpressAccounts
  22. The data is compatible with all versions. You should be able to restore it into the current version without any problems.
  23. Please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.

    MAC 64 Bit

Yes, we'll be releasing 64-bit versions by the time Apple makes it mandatory. They haven't set a timeline yet.
  25. If you click on Set Hotkey, you'll be prompted to "Press a key or a key combination" and doing so will set the hotkey. Sorry, it could be clearer.
