  1. I'd recommend filing a bug report at https://www.nch.com.au/software/bug.html This user forum probably won't be able to help.
  2. It sounds like you have a corrupted audio file. Send me a PM if you'd like to send me the file to look at.
  3. Nothing needs to be done on the user end. It's all in the metadata.

The Windows version supports DSS. The formats supported are listed at https://www.nch.com.au/scribe/kb/656.html

    Tag Fields

Unfortunatly, there's no way to add a field from within the program. Please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  6. The last release was a minor version upgrade, from 6.08 to 6.10, just some bug fixes. V6.08 had just been released a few weeks ago.

If you're using Windows 10, then Doxillion should be in C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Doxillion but if not, just search for doxillion.exe
  8. Unfortunately, no. Switch can pull song data from an online database, but not from a CSV file.
  9. Our licenses are single computer/single user licenses. In order to use a program on two computers, you'd have to purchase a second license. However, we do offer substantial discounts on the second purchase, at www.nch.com.au/upgrade/
  10. Unfortunately, the only place to edit the layout is in the Options. Please feel free to file any suggestions at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  11. That could be done with blocks as the mezzanine floor. Please open a support ticket if you have any trouble.
  12. https://www.nch.com.au/kb/10018.html may be a good start.
  13. You should be able to install Debut on your new laptop and to register using your existing registration code. If you need to recover your registration code, you should be able to use the automated utility at http://www.nch.com.au/support/reg.html?display=keyrecovery#EEEli
  14. I'd recommend unchecking the Run on Startup box in the program options and adding a shortcut to the Pedable executable in your user's startup folder. That should bypass the Admin user.
  15. Options-->Invoice-->Custom Fields is the place to look. Custom Fields is toward the bottom of the dialog, so it may be a bit hard to spot:
  16. This user forum won't be able to help with registration. Please open a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  17. I'll PM you. This user forum won't be able to help with registration.
  18. Please open a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  19. You'd need another license if you want to register Express Scribe on a second machine. Save the installation file stored in your C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\Scribe folder. It should be scribesetup_vx.xx.exe where x.xx is the version number. If you don't have your registration code, you should be able to recover it via the utility at https://www.nch.com.au/support/reg.html?display=keyrecovery#EEEli
  20. Either paid version will work with the Infinity pedal. The free version works with our Altoedge pedals.

    New Buyer

If you're asking about licensing, your registration code will work with either the Windows or Mac versions. You'll need a license for each machine.

    MAC 64 Bit

Have you downloaded and installed the new version from https://www.nchsoftware.com/invoice/invoicemaci.zip ?
  23. That depends on when you purchased. We provide free upgrades for 6 months after purchase (major version releases) and 12 months after purchase (minor version releases). I'll send you a PM so that we can discuss your specific case. The data is backwards compatible, so you shouldn't have any trouble.
  24. You can stay updated on our releases by subscribing to our newsletter at www.nchsoftware.com/software/newsletter.html or by following @nchsoftware on Twitter.
