  1. You shouldn't have to do anything. There's no way to explicitly point Express Invoice to your data. If you open the finder and watch the contents of /Users/$USER/Library/Application Support/ExpressInvoice/Shared/Invoices while you create a new invoice in Express Invoice, you should see the .dat file for that invoice appear. Please open a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html if you continue to have trouble.
  2. Your files should be in /Users/$USER/Library/Application Support/ExpressInvoice/Shared where $USER is the username that you log in under. I think I may have given the wrong location in a recent post. Sorry.
  3. The current version is available at https://www.nchsoftware.com/invoice/invoicemaci.zip Your data shouldn't be affected, but I would recommend backing up the files in /Users/$USER/Library/Application Support/NCH Software/ExpressInvoice/Shared where $USER is the username that you log in under, just in case.
  4. Express Invoice v7.28 was released earlier today and this version runs on Catalina. You can always download the latest version of Express Invoice from https://www.nchsoftware.com/invoice/invoicemaci.zip Please report any bugs at https://www.nch.com.au/software/bug.html Thanks for your patience.
  5. Express Scribe isn't multi-user software. You'd need a license for each user. If you need technical support, please open a ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  6. I don't believe that device sync works any differently in v7.25

  10. Unfortunately, there's no way to change the theme. Please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  11. That sounds right. We provide free updates for 6 months after purchase. Unfortunately, the theme can't be changed at this time.
  12. Version 9.51 works fine for me. Please report the problem(s) that you're having at https://www.nch.com.au/software/bug.html
  13. Again, it could be the codecs used. I just loaded 3 avi files into the current version of Express Scribe and they play fine. If you're using the current version, then please open a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  14. Your files should be in your /Users/$USER/Library/Application Support/NCH Software/ExpressInvoice/Shared folder where $USER is the username that you log in under. So, you'd copy them from that location on your new computer and put them in the same location on your old computer.
  15. I think that EFT stands for Electronic Funds Transfer.

You could set up a Windows Scheduled Task to do that using SoundTap's command line options. See http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/soundtap/win/using.html

  18. You'd need a second license, but the files should be in C:\Users\[Your Windows Username]\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Scribe\Current Note: the files will have random filenames. The original ones aren't preserved.
