  1. You can change the Receipt Text under Options, but it's not currently possible to change the program font.
  2. Unfortunately, no. Pedable doesn't support multiple configurations.
  3. There hasn't been any notification sent. SoundTap hasn't been released yet. We don''t have an ETA yet.
  4. Unfortunately, there's no way to change the theme. Please feel free to file your suggestion at http://www.nch.com.au/suggestions/index.html. That's the easiest way to ensure that your idea is evaluated for possible inclusion in a future release.
  5. That sounds right. We provide free updates for 6 months after purchase. Unfortunately, the theme can't be changed at this time.
  6. Version 9.51 works fine for me. Please report the problem(s) that you're having at https://www.nch.com.au/software/bug.html
  7. Again, it could be the codecs used. I just loaded 3 avi files into the current version of Express Scribe and they play fine. If you're using the current version, then please open a support ticket at https://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
  8. Your files should be in your /Users/$USER/Library/Application Support/NCH Software/ExpressInvoice/Shared folder where $USER is the username that you log in under. So, you'd copy them from that location on your new computer and put them in the same location on your old computer.
  9. I think that EFT stands for Electronic Funds Transfer.

    ES

You could set up a Windows Scheduled Task to do that using SoundTap's command line options. See http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/soundtap/win/using.html
  11. Unfortunately, not yet. You can stay updated on our releases by subscribing to our newsletter at www.nchsoftware.com/software/newsletter.html or by following @nchsoftware on Twitter.
  12. You'd need a second license, but the files should be in C:\Users\[Your Windows Username]\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\Scribe\Current Note: the files will have random filenames. The original ones aren't preserved.
  13. No, unfortunately we don't have timelines to quote. You can stay updated on our releases by subscribing to our newsletter at www.nchsoftware.com/software/newsletter.html or by following @nchsoftware on Twitter.
  14. That's a bug. It should be fixed in the next release.

    Blank Page

Menu-->File-->New (or Control-N) will do what you're describing.
  16. Unfortunately, Pixillion doesn't support the .mix format. The formats support are listed at https://www.nchsoftware.com/imageconverter/kb/1227.html
  17. Yes, Keyblaze is compatible with the current version of Windows, which is Windows 10.

  20. That's correct. MixPad isn't compatible with Catalina yet. We're working on the new version.
  21. If you're not monetizing your Youtube videos, yes.
  22. The current version of WavePad works on Catalina. I'm using it now. Are you using version 9.51, the current version available at https://www.nch.com.au/components/wavepadmaci.zip ?

    print list

File-->Search/Print should be the option that you're looking for.
  24. There's not much to know, since those 2 programs don't really have any data to transfer over. Just download each program, install it, and register. The one caveat is that you'll need to install the version of each program that matches your registration code based on date of purchase. The installer should be in the program folder, for example the videopadsetup_v7.34.exe file would be in C:\Program Files (x86)\NCH Software\VideoPad
  25. We don't have an ETA, unfortunately. If you want to downgrade to Mojave, then I'd recommend reading https://discussions.apple.com/thread/250762504 If you need to use Express Invoice, then you could load your exported data into the Windows version. Assuming that you've been doing backups, you can load your Mac backups into the Windows version of Express Invoice. C:\ProgramData\NCH Software\ExpressInvoice If you don't have your latest backup available, then your files should be in /Users/$USER/Library/Application Support/NCH Software/ExpressInvoice/Shared where $USER is the username that you log in under. I'd recommend setting Options->Invoice-->Invoice Numbering-->Prefix to a high value to avoid any numbering conflicts. If you've been syncing your Express Invoice data with another device, then you should be able to sync the Windows version with that device as well.
