  1. We've been able to reproduce the problem syncing with MacOS. Can you let me know 1) What devices you're syncing and 2). Which device you were on when you got the error? Thanks
  2. No, you don't have to purchase anything in order to submit a support ticket. While we do prioritize tickets from paid customers, we provide support to anyone who has a question about our software.
  3. Golden Records works on Windows 10. That's the most widely used version of Windows.
  4. The audio clips are licensed. You're welcome to use them in your Youtube videos.

  6. If I understand correctly, then ctrl-shift-a should bring up the command bar if it's not visible.

    Yes, our licenses are transferable between computers. Just delete Express Scribe from one computer and install/register it on the other one, Windows or Mac.

  12. You shouldn't need internet in order to use Debut, unless it needs to download a codec. The trial has all the features of the paid version.
