I am licensed for Disketch and I can not print direct to Disk with my HP Photosmart C5550. I receive an error message " Close tray to resume print". The DVD tray must be down to prnt on disk. I can print ok using HP software, but I don't like it. That is why I wanted Disetch. Any thoughts?
