Chris, I too am in the UK and I've been unable to test IVM before today because my modem didn't work. The good news tho is that I picked one up on Ebay for £6 which works fine. It's a Mercury 56kbps pci data/fax modem (model no: HP156A). I got it from a user named Whichcomp for £5.95 + £2 p&p (actually I bought 3 of them and he only charge me £3 total for p&p). I paid monday, he emailed me straight after to say he would post tues morning and they arrived today. I was concerned that it didn't say voice modem on the box and the AT#CLS? command is not supported according to the control panel applet. The modem also shows up as an Intel 537EP. I figured I'd give it a go and stuck the IVM demo on and called my number from another line in the office. 2 rings and it went straight to the answerphone and recorded a test message no problem. Needless to say I am impressed and will no doubt spend the rest of today finding out what else IVM can do. cp
