Is there a way to create text on the bottom of the circle that reads upright?

I record quite a few Zoom meetings and I frequently find that the presenter has their volume set too high. While recording in Debut the volume levels go way into the Red and the sound clips or distorts to the point of being annoying and harder to understand. Is there a control in Debut to dial down the source volume? Will adjusting the record volume on my computer help alleviate this problem, since I am recording with the Speakers as source?

I cannot find the way to change a file name in WavePad. I'm sure there must be a way.

Where can I get information about the interoperability of MixPad and WavePad? I would like to see a tutorial that explains how and why you would use these two pieces of software together. Thanks, GEFlynn
