i am too new for all this (sorry) my quicktime is version 10.0, the apple software updates says there are no updates available. in my current version there is no option for export in the file menu.....

how do i do that snowsurfa?

express scribe was amazing, until we upgraded from 10.5 to 10.6. now i only get this error message...... is there anyway i can undo this? otherwise i am going to have to move onto a new software?
