Thanks for posting this. I am having this same problem and I have the Comodo Firewall. Unfortunately, allowing Videopad, or even turning off the firewall, doesn't solve the problem on my computer. Thanks anyway. Nice ot you to share this.

I have the same problem with my VP edition: 2.41. Just started up.
