  1. For each call in you need a free line in. To get more than one extension to receive these calls you can set call groups up to ring the extensions answerable to that lines calls, as waseem states above e.i. Line 1 rings call group 701, extensions that you have set in that call group will ring all together or with a delay that you set. Line 2 rings call group 70, extensions that you have set in that call group will ring all together or with a delay that you set. Extensions can be in more than 1 group Bottom line is that you can only receive calls if you have broadvoice voip lines that are not already on calls
  2. We have this running on Windows 2k3 server with 4 extensions within our main building & 2 remote extensions via secure VPN connections & all works extremely well.

    Newbie question

The incoming line info needed is the same as the info you put into your FXO Adaptor. So "add new external line" Then: Line Name: a name you want to call it Server: this is the url after the @ sign in your SIP account i.e mine is 3011xxxx@sip.voipfone.co.uk so I use "sip.voipfone.co.uk" ID or User Name: this will be your SIP ID i.e. mine would be 3011xxxx Password: your password from your SIP provider Incoming Calls Ring On Extension or Group: which ever extension or group you wish to use. Save & now you have your incoming line. Now set up your FXO adaptor as an extension using the "setup details" against the extension number you wish to use. Hope this helps Ray Hughson (Projects Manager) Bradleys (Blyth) Ltd
  4. Have you tried asking your SIP carrier to set up IP Authorisation? This requires you to have a static IP address from you ISP, you the tell your SIP carrier your IP address, then AXON PBX doesn't have to keep checking for registration from you SIP carrier. Works for us with Voipfone.co.uk Regards Ray
