Ahhhhh what a nuffy, I had not scrolled down to the bottom of the page. Ooops so sorry to waste your time Thanks for your help.

I have just set up my invoice template. I want to get rid of the lines that are on the basic invoice saying Please contact us for more information regarding payment options Thankyou for your business I cannot find where to delete this information and replace with something else like my bank account details I can find where I can add a comment to my invoice as I enter it - I can put the payment details in here but do not want to have to type it each time. In the help section it refers to Note and Foot Comments Text Text entered here will appear at the bottom of the invoice printout or pdf. But I cannot find where this is on the actual invoice preferences. Thanks in advance for your help. Belinda
