I am trying to set up a backup using Filefort and Express Burn (for the latter of which I paid $70) and it kind of works but not really. The problem being that I need to back up to a DVD and when the backup job runs, it runs Express Burn, which gives an error message saying that the job is set to backup to a CD and there is a DVD in the drive (which there is) and it all just errors out at that point. How do I get filefort to tell Express burn to go ahead and use the darn DVD that is already in the drive? If I click on the dvd option in the data tab and then click on burn now it works, but this is not the automated solution I need for my client!
