Hi, the company I bought the pedals from came shed no light. I have USB Infinity VEC pedals, 3 pedal model. When I use them they make a sound when I press Play, Forward, Rewind like a high piano note of just two notes. Very difficult to describe. Its very annoying, the sound comes through the speakers and/or headphones. Any ideas please?

Hi, Can anybody help me please. I've bought some foot pedals Olympus RS24 to use with Express Scribe which I have installed on my computer. I now find that Express Scribe doesn't generally support Olympus pedals so I'm a bit upset, having also spent money buying a USB adaptor as pedals have serial connection. Any suggestions!
