  1. hmm That's small quality size so it shouldn't have an issue.. Have you tried saving it to your computer first? I've found that having a copy on your computer and uploading manually works best
  2. What are all the settings you have it on? (Like avi, wmv, mp4, the frame rate, quality..)
  3. Have you made any other video projects? Maybe try making another video with the newer version and see if it does the same thing?
  4. hmm...what formats have you all tried? Maybe try reinstalling? I know I was having quality issues, had it in HD setttings but saved in like 480p. I reinstalled probably 5 times before it saved in HD again, maybe it's a similiar type of thiing? Or maybe go into control panel and downgrade to 3.00?? //gets shot again
  5. Sorry that I'm not being much help here..but have you tried changing maybe the encoding options? //shots
  6. I've used previous versions, and it has been able to save in HD in them. When I first got ver. 3.00, it still save in HD, while in custom at it's highest. I have adjusted the settings just how the used to be. But of late it's quality is really bad...the settings are the same, but it still refuses to be HD. I've played with them a bit more, but nothing has changed. I've reinstalled, still not working....
  7. Yes, you'd need to use the crop in that matter. 16:9 is the widescreen, 4:3 is like a sqaure box, and none of course you doing whatever XD X and Y are like on a grid. X is how far to the left or right you want it (horizontal) and Y is up and down (vertical).
  8. Well....I'm still using the free version but here's the thing: Before it used to save in HD, but now it's in horrible quality. I know it's not the clips because a) I can see the difference from the original over and b ) I've used some of the same clips in other videos and they saved in HD. So...does VideoPad quit saving in HD after awhile of use if have the free version? (I could understand if it's always like that, but how come i could previously and now I can't??) Also, I'm using 3.00 right now
  9. Whenever I save the video, it would work if there was only two tracks. Now I'm finding that if I used mroe than those two, it gets to about 64%-70% through and crashes. Does anyone know how to fix this? I've done different formats, different framerates, different sizes, but still it continues to crash, usually just exiting out on its own. I need to get this video to school, so this is really starting to stress me out....
