Hello gfremano, when you say the file was done on a Windows computer, you mean that the dictation was transcribed on a Windows computer or that you are trying to copy the installer from the Windows computer? If the dictation was transcribed using Windows there should be no issues to open the same dictation on Mac OS.
  2. Hello s250643, are you talking about the web access feature when you access it from a mobile device or are you referring to the mobile app of the program. In any case, please keep in mind that the program is offered as is and no customization is available to add or remove columns.

    Hello Ana, sadly, there is no option to stop the shortcut to be copied to the clipboard.
  4. Hello Mandrake70, you may want to check if this issue happens with all the WMA files you try to convert. Also, check if you can convert to other formats successfully and if you wish to get support on this matter you may want to contact NCH Software support.
  5. Hello MichaelB, The program does not have an option to create templates, but what you can do is to create projects and save the projects as templates. So, in the program, you add the slides you wish to have for that one template then set the font for the text you would add and the animation. Once you have the basic configuration for your template then you may click on File > Save Project file and then select where in your computer you wish to save the project (template) and enter a name. Keep in mind that the project file would only create a cache image of the images you use on the slideshow, if those images are moved from the original location it would cause a conflict in the program. Once you have the project done you can open it at any time in PhotoStage and edit them to create a new slideshow and save it as a new project with a different name. Upon exit don't save the changes to the original project so you won't change the template.

Based on the information you shared it could be that your browser or antivirus application is blocking the needed cookies on these programs.   9. Hello Mickey16, Yes, after further testing on the latest version of the program it does apply the effects to the whole track and only with Wavepad you have the option to select a region of the recording for editing.
  10. Hello Mickey16, the effects on MixPad are applied to the whole clip, so, one option would be to split the clip to isolate the area you wish to adjust and then apply the effect.

    Hello Chef eric, there is an option and that is to run an Inventoria report and save it as CSV, once you have saved the report you may adjust it using excel and save it again as CSV. Make sure to Include the Price column with the price items since that is not carried on the report. Do the same for Taxes if you are using specific taxes on items. Once the CSV file is updated you may go to Inventoria > Inventory > Import items from CSV and select the file you modified on your computer; then match the fields from the CSV with the ones on Inventoria, click on OK and confirm you wish to replace existing items and the inventory should be updated after done.
  12. Hello Chilana, if you wish to delete any transactions from the program you may want to go to the Journal and select the transaction from the records showing there, then simply click on Delete and confirm you wish to delete that entry.

    Free or Not Free

    Hello bgharvey, if you wish to install the free version for Mixpad then you may want to download from this link http://www.nch.com.au/mixpad/mpfreesetup.exe Regarding the latency issues, keep in mind that you can set the offset hardware latency by clicking on Options > General > Audio Recording and specify the latency in milliseconds.

    Saved draft

    Hello Noha, sadly if you deleted the draft there is no way to recover the data from Copper.

Hello iCakes, the issue you are reporting could be related to drivers conflicts and even though you updated the drivers you may want to uninstall Voxal and then restart the computer, upon restart you may go to the device manager > Sound, video and Game controllers, select the audio driver and right-click on it, select Uninstall Device and confirm you wish to uninstall it. After the device is uninstalled you may want to restart the computer and upon restart Windows should detect the audio device and update the drivers. Once the drivers are updated you may want to restart again and then test the mic. In case the issues remain after that you may want to contact NCH Software support team for further assistance.
  16. Hello Jessica, the latest version of the program does not offer the option to have blank values for the items and that is why it adds 0.00 for the price. Probably you were using an older version of the program that had this option and if you wish to rollback to use the older version that offers this option you may want to contact NCH Software support team and provide them with the registration code for that older version you were using and they will be able to assist you getting the software version you need.

Hello Trevor, in order to record the microphone and speakers you may open Debut and click on Options > Audio and select Microphone, confirm you are selecting the correct microphone, then, confirm the Speakers checkbox is selected and confirm you are using the correct device to record your speakers (this will depend on your configuration).

  19. Hi nutshell, sadly on WavePad there is no option to save the settings you have applied to a specific audio file. So, the changes you apply to the audio file from Effects > Voice will be applied to that particular file but you cannot save those settings to be applied automatically to other files, like to make it a preset.
  20. Hello jmcase, this hum you are describing could be caused by many things, one of them is interference from another audio driver or stream. We recommend you to close any programs you may have running on the program, like instant messenger programs and close any webpage you may not need to use other than the stream you are recording from. Also, you may want to try using different web browsers to open the stream you are recording from to discard the issue being caused by the browser's codec. Also, check if the audio source volume is at a good level and remember that if the volume is too high it may cause issues with the audio recorded. If the issues remain you may want to contact NCH Software support team for assistance.

    Walk Out Basement

    Hello TJ69, I have tested DreamPlan latest version and after leveling the ground to the same depth as the basement I was able to use any of the exterior items in either street level or basement level. If you are not using the latest version you may want to contact NCH Software support team for further assistance.
  22. Hello Robin110966, I have tested version 6.01 and I was not able to replicate the issue you are reporting, meaning that I was able to click on the items and rearrange them. You may want to reinstall the program from our website and test again to arrange the items in the invoices or quotes.

Hi Stevie, based on what you described it seems that the cart of accounts is not set properly and that is the reason why you keep on getting the message to select the accounts for payment and that the transactions are not showing up properly. You may want to go to the chart of accounts and confirm all the accounts are set up and linked properly to reflect the transactions when you create invoices and payments.
  24. Hello Chilana, I know this may be a silly question but have you confirm if there are any filters in the report or details you are pulling? Express Accounts usually have filters for dates and this may be why you cannot see the rest of the transactions you have recorded.
