  1. Derek, to stream from different locations you will need to have the program running on two different computers. For that you will need one license for each computer so you can have the registered version of the program. Each computer will generate an individual link for the streams, so you will need to update your website to post the correct link to the stream.
  2. Hello Jerome, yes, the program can expand text on several lines, for example, you can use a shortcut as test, and expand a text on many lines as you need.
  3. Hello, The program Express Rip does not have the option to copy the Cover art, and specifically, FLAC formats do not support artwork as the type of metadata it can carry.
  4. Hello, old Soul, in this case, you may export each clip individually as Wav and then open those clips on any other program you prefer. To export the clips you may open MixPad, load the project you are working with, select the clip you wish to export and then click on the tab Mixing, select Export clip and then select where to save the clip and the format you prefer to use for that.
  5. Hello Materl5755, Express Invoice does not have an accounting feature to update your bank account. If the payment has not reflected in your bank records, then you may want to contact your bank or ask the customer a transaction confirmation number so you can check with the bank. Once you have the confirmation for the payment from your bank, you may go to Express Invoice, click on View > Payments, select the payment for that particular invoice, click on Edit, confirm the payment method is set to Bank Deposit, enter the reference number and then click on Record to save the changes.
  6. Hi triphop, Would this issue you are reporting happen before you convert the songs when you play them using your computer's media player? Could you tell us if you are loading folders or files you have in your computer or are you loading playlists? You may also try converting individual files to confirm if the issue persist. Also, when you transfer the converted files to your car player, are you transferring the songs using a mass storage device, a disc or removable drive?
  7. When you see that error saying customer not found, is because the information you are entering does not match. Please keep in mind that the program is case sensitive, so if you have a customer's name in your list as Allison, but the invoice was written to allison, then the program won't be able to find the right customer. Please make sure you have the customer's name spelled properly including caps and if the issue persist you may want to contact the NCH Software support team.
  8. Hello mumsieof2, after installing the latest version if you still have issues you may want to contact the NCH Software support team. This type of issues are to specific and you may not find enough support resources on this forums. Also, I tested the latest version of the program and was not able to replicate the issue with the customers payments.
  9. Hello Julian, In this case, what you want to do is to use headphones to monitor the metronome sound, and use your microphone to make the recording. If you have the metronome playing back through your computer speakers then the microphone will catch the audio in the recordings. To avoid sound from leaking in your recordings, you may want to try using close cup headphones or in-ear headphones (earbuds).
  10. Hello DiosMios, it is strange that the program will save the file and you can only get stereo playback from specific players. In this case, you may want to try saving the file using a different format than what you have been trying, make sure you are selecting Stereo as the channels to export the audio file.   13. Hello Baker, We apologize for the inconvenience, but the program does not have an option to search through the items, not the account's ledger. However, when you are creating a new invoice or order, if you click inside the box and start typing the item's code the program will bring up the items that match the letter entered. Sadly, that is the only option available on the program at the time.

  16. Hello GregW, and sadly, the NCH Software is offered as is, there are no more options other than what you find in the program. The font cannot be larger than what it is offered and no further customization available for any program.
  17. Hello DaleT1, I have tested using the latest version and I was not able to replicate the issue you reported. You may want to reinstall the program from NCH Software's page directly, test and make sure you are selecting Record and Print.   18. Hello JeanFick, I have tested the program using a sample m4a file and have no issues opening it with Scribe. Is this issue you are reporting happening to all the m4a files you load or just with some. Are you getting all the m4a files from the same source? Have you tried using different m4a files from a different source? Maybe the encoder used to create the files is not fully compatible with the program or the encoders you have installed on the computer.

    Hello Laura T. You can modify the csv files using Excel, there you can add the columns needed, just make sure the file is saved as CSV after you have finished editing the data.
  20. Hello ItmightbeJB, in this case, you may want to check if the issue you are reporting happens with other midi files as well. You may also want to open the same midi file using another media player to confirm if the midi file has the same issues as when you play it on MixPad.
  21. Hello, this issue you are reporting has not been replicated at our end. Could you tell us if this issue you are reporting would happen with one particular project or would it happen with any projects you try to open there? How bad is the mismatch between the vocals and the background music?

Hello Nigelv, and in this case, you may want to open Express Invoice, go to View > Customers, select the customer you have the issues with, right-click on it and from the context menu select Recalculate customer's balance.   24. Hello, the program does have the option to preserve the tag details on some formats, however, this feature is included on the paid version of the program. You may also want to test other files in .wma format to confirm if the issue happens with all the .wma files or if this is happening just to one of a few files.
  25. Hello Starman, in this case, you may want to check if this issue happens with the recordings from different sources (streams). Also, if the frames are dropping as bad as you describe then it could be that your Internet speed or your computer's video card is not able to process that many frames per second. You may want to try using different browsers to open the stream source and stop any other program or application that may use your internet and video Card to avoid performance issues.
