  1. Hello, and in order to record from multichannel devices, you would need to select the option to use the ASIO driver from your ultraLite interface. To set audio options that are specific to an individual track, select the track and click either the 'Audio Options' button under the 'Recording' tab or click the 'wrench icon' button to the right in the track's control panel. To set up recording using an audio device, select the Record using an audio device option and select the device you want to record. You can specify whether to record as mono or stereo and if the device can record multi-channel you can specify which two channels will be recorded.
  2. In this case, you may want to try playing the file on another media player. If the file can't be played on other media players, then the file may be corrupted. If you are able to play the files on other media players, you may want to contact the support team for further support.

  5. Hello, To change the text on the columns by opening Copper > Options > Receipt text > Receipt text tittles and select the name of the column you want to edit and change the text on it.

  9. Hello, limiting the length of the wall will beat the whole purpose of free drawing. If you want to create a wall with specific length then you would need to use the fixed drawing option.

If you are not able to play those files on other media players, then the issue could be the files themselves.

    Preview

    Hello. Debut does not show a preview while you are recording. If you open the debut window while you are recording, it will only show you the capture mode you are using.
  15. Hello, The program has a feature to reduce vocals but it cannot remove an specific audio from a track. To use the feature to reduce vocals, you may load the audio file on WavePad, go to Effect > Voice > Reduce vocals and adjust the settings to fit the audio file you are editing.
  16. Hello, One of the reasons why the program stops before converting the whole file could be that the temporary folder where the converting file is saved may be full. In this case, the based option is to split the original file into smaller files so you can open and convert them easier and faster with the program. Sadly, the program does not offer an option to split large files.
  17. Hello, We apologize for the inconvenience, but that program has been closed since a while and it is not certified or tested to work on Windows 10.   18. Hello, you may open both mono files on WavePad, then you may select the side you want to use as Left side, click on Edit > Join > Join as left channel to, and select the track you want to use as right channel. After that you may save the file as stereo and you should be all set.

  20. Hello, The synchronization between Express Invoice and Inventoria only works when you use Inventoria as the "server" program. This means that Inventoria will hold the information of all your items inventory, and Express Invoice will connect to Inventoria to retrieve information and updates stock, but you cannot copy the items you have in Express Invoice into Inventoria.   21. Hello, To remove a staff, you can load the music score on the program, then go to Parts Setup, select the staff you want to remove and click on the red X to delete it.
  22. Hello, The reason why the F and D notes are on one side and then the G on the other is because the space between the lines on the score is not big enough to fit all three notes on the same side. Sadly, the program does not have any option to fit all those notes on the same side.
