    "Locating Burners (Not Responding)"

    Hi Ad101867, have you tried reinstalling the program. The option "save movie" is not link to any drives but it is strange that it will freeze when you chose that option. One thing that you may want to check is to clear unused cache from the program which maybe holding the program down, and to do that you may open Videopad and go to Option (Preferences if you are using Mac OS), then go to Disk, and then click on the button Clear unused Cache Files. If the issue persist you may want to contact NCH Software support team for further advice.

    Hello Danish, sadly there is no way to recover the invoices if you deleted them.
  6. Hi Bolasz, I tested the program's version 5.00 and when creating an invoice the customers do show in Alphabetic order in my end, so I won't know what to tell you about this, but you may want to contact NCH Software support team if you can replicate the issue yourself.

    Sorry Stvdio but Wavepad does not have the option to split audio files in batches, maybe Wavepad is not the right toold for your needs.

    Hello, The issue you are reporting here could be a driver mismatch that is causing this issues, what you may want to try is to reinstall the audio driver on your computer, To do that you may want to contact the computers manufacturer and check for the latest audio driver for her computer model. Also, test if the issue happens when you try to record the stream from the same source?

    Fastfox not working on MAC

    Hello, please remember that this is a discussion forum and not a support channel, having expressed this take note that your description of Fastfox not working is too vague, it is not telling us if the program is not running or if the shortcuts are not expanding. You may want to contact NCH Software support team for them to provide you with a link to download the software version that works with your license, and keep in mind that the Windows version won't work on the Mac computer because the operating system is different and they use different architecture.

    Is it possible to get foldback while recording vocals?

    Hello, You can only monitor tracks which are configured to record with ASIO compatible hardware. This means that if your recording hardware allows it you would be able to monitor what you are recording with your headset. By the way the latest version of Mixpad has a button on each track that has a Headset icon, that is the one you would need to enable to monitor what you are recording on that channel if your hardware allows it.

    Cannot burn to disc

    Hello Marty, in this case you may want to check if the issue is happening with all the slideshows you try to export or it happens just to one. Also, depending on the error you are getting you may want to try using a different disc brand.     Hello Austin T for the feedback, all this issues you are reporting have been escalated already to NCH Software developers and they will be addressed on future versions of the program. Regarding the upgrades NCH Software offers free upgrades within the first 6 months after the date of purchase.

    Hello, have you tried clicking on the option to expand the track, this option is the arrow pointing to the right, next to the track title, if you click on it the track should expand and show you the waveform for the recording you did. Hello, This type of issues require specific troubleshooting on a case by case scenario, so the best thing in this case is for you to contact NCH Software support team, and although there is the option to pay for priority support it is not required for getting assistance since NCH Software offers free email support for all their support.

    Save as PDF

    Hello, yes the best suggestion is for you to open Express Invoice and go to View > Invoices, select the invoice you wish to save and then click on Save, select where you wish to save it and the program should create the PDF file.

    Sound on and off after recording and playback

    Hello, if the issue happens with other programs or applications then is likely that the issue could be either your soundcard hardware or a driver issue. You may want to update your computer's sound driver and check if there is any particular steps you take before the issue starts or if this would be random. Also. the only way to accomplish what you want on Mixpad would be to but and replace the part of the recording since Mixpad does not have an overlay feature as what you are describing.

    Blurring edges

    Hello. Photopad does offer an option to use local focus and it blurs the areas outside the focal point you select. To use that feature you may open Photopad and load the image you want to work with, then go to Effect > Local focus and set the size for the inner focal point and the outer are that is going to be blurred. for more details about this feature you may follow this link http://help.nchsoftware.com/help/en/photopad/win/layer_localfocus.html

  22. Hello, the audio source you are recording is it your speakers or a microphone? I have tested using the speakers option and the audio was recorded fine on the second and subsequent recordings. Also, if you are using a USB microphone you may want to check if the issue happens when you use a different USB port.

    Microsoft Edge Browser

    Hello, I was not able to find any information on the Windows updates details about security updates done on Edge specifically, but it is likely that there could be a security update that has cause this to happen only with that browser. I tested myself and was not able to replicate the issue but I'm sure the July 31st update has not been installed yet. In any case you may want to check with Microsoft what changes they may have applied to Edge and check if there is a setting in the browser that you may need to change to allow screen capture.

Hello, when you say the website I image you are referring to the Web access, if so, please open Inventoria and go to Options > Web Accounts and add a new user with administrator privileges for you to test. Once you have created this new user please test again the Web Access feature, and if the issues remain you may want to contact NCH Software support for further assistance.

    Remove gap on MP3 file

    If the disc you are trying to rip already has gaps between songs then Express Rip won't be able to delete or trim those gaps, but if the original disc does not have them then you may to to Options > Other Options > and make sure the box to add short silence to the start of tracks is not checked. Other than that there is nothing else that could add or delete gaps to the songs on the disc you are ripping.
