  1. Hi, Thanks for the quick reply. Basically, I need to be able to enter text which does not require a quantity or amount of money - I need to be able to enter a description. For example, Supply and calibration of: 1 screw plug gauge £xx 1 ring gauge £xx 1 profile projector £xx etc etc............. The version i was using has been completely deleted and wiped so I can't tell you exactly what version number it was. However, I bought and paid for it on September 17th 2012 - I hope this helps. Many thanks for your help Di
  2. Hi all, Please help. I lost everything in a computer crash earlier this week. I have downloaded a new version of express accounts (and paid for it). However, I wish to enter a line of commentary on my invoice and I used to able to backspace out the quantity so that nothing appeared. For example: Calibration of: 1 Profile Projector This new version won't allow me to delete the quantity - it simply puts a zero (0) in there, which look simply ridiculous. Can anyone help me with this, because if I cant alter this, I will have to stop using NCH completely. Please help anyone .................................... Thanks, Di p.s - The business has come to a standstill until this can be resolved!! :-(
  3. Hi, I seem to have a problem with statements printing even though there is a nil balance. It appears to be in instances where i have issued a part or full credit to clear the balance, but not in all cases! I have recalculated the balances in the view customer box and although the customers do not appear on my unpaid accounts report, as soon as i print the statements, the system keeps generating these nil balance ones!! Any ideas please? Thanks

    Cheques

Hi, New to NCH and just wondering on the subject of the check list - is it possible to delete them somehow. I have tried to delete them, and they are totally messed up now. I have deleted everything everywhere relating to these cheques, but they still show. Any ideas?
