nchngoc, I bought one license for express talk and another one IMS almost 2 years ago. I could not make on hold system to work at that time. I tried some update files sent by tech support but it did not work properly and I stopped using it. I really like the system. I would like to know if you still have similar issues... I would like to go ahead and give it a shot. Thanks Troy

Mohammed, Did you able to make it work? I got Business version of Express Talk and IMS.. IMS is not playing on the other party's phone. In best case it just plays 2 seconds. Please let me know if u manage to solve this issue.. I am pretty helpless..Tried 4 PCs, and spent at least 6-7 hours...No luck so far Troy SEO Company

I got the same problem, after using express talk a couple days... I got my sip # from Gizmo.. If I run Gizmo with Expresstalk at the same time I am not having this issue... I hope it helps... I am having on-hold connection problem with express talk Troy SEO Company
