  1. There is a excellent uninstaller and files cleaner called Revo uninstaller. This works far better than the stock win 7 uninstaller. The program shows up on revo. It will also remove any registry or file scraps the programs own uninstaller leaves behind. Oh yeah, It's also Free.

  4. I'm brand new here so someone yell at me if I mess something up. To answer your question, I had the same thing happen with the default settings. You are given two choices from which to get the info, switch to the other one. It worked for me. Let me know if that helped.
