I got the same problem, solution?

pardon by my Englishmbad. I have the IVM 4.00 Demo, and creates different OMG, installing Pluig-in of payments. The problem is that not always the computer detects order them given through keyboard of teleephone, reason why never registers correctly a credit card, for example. There is something badly formed so that this happening this. Thank you very much.
