they need to have a multi license for this thing....some where in the 2-4 range, so that the owner/mgr and a secretary, and/or salesman can access it..... that would make more sense...

hey could it be that the paper size needs to be set, in the regional settings??? mine was set to legal instead of letter??? though i dont recall having any issues like this, but once every so often

Try this..... tools options regional bout 3/4 the way down should be a heading for minimal decimal places for quantity....change to 0???? min is at 2 right now and shows 1.00 in quantity area

go to the tools menu, options, then regional settings..... bottom of the list...Paper size

There should be a spot under their name that states something like "click to use this email for invoicing" or something along that line.... But it is in the pop up window...sometimes i have noticed it may not keep email addys from the custy list
