I read in the locked topic that this is not the place to ask about registration problems. May I ask where I can get help with this, then? I have just wasted more than an hour trying to figure out how to get help with registering my newly purchased Pixillion software, and I can find no place to get help, and no answer to my question:
My email confirmation gave me a license key with Xs for the last 4 numbers—so how am I supposed to register if I don't know the last 4 digits of my license code? And how would I reinstall in the case of a computer crash if I don't have the full license key that I paid for? I cannot tell whether or not I'm actually registered or still in trial mode.
While I'm thrilled with the capabilities of Pixillion, I find customer service to be less than stellar, which makes me hesitate to recommend it to the 800 students I have in my online class who need a product like this!
If you can just point me in the right direction, I would be most grateful.
